When things get hard
College is exciting, and it can also be lonely and stressful. Chabad Houses are a place to talk, get a home-cooked meal, or just be around people who care. Your university's counseling center offers free, confidential support for students.

If you experience antisemitism
- Tell someone you trust right away, including your Chabad rabbi or rebbetzin. You do not have to handle it alone.
- Write down what happened, when and who was involved, and save screenshots of anything online.
- Report it to your university, usually through the dean of students or the office that handles discrimination and Title VI complaints.
- If you are threatened or in danger, contact campus police or call 911.
